Billie-Jo Jenkins is a 13 year-old girl who was battered to death. Her foster father, Sion Jenkins, a headmaster, was the main suspect. He has not been convicted of the murder because juries could not decide either way. (This is a British case btw.)

This was one of the first videos I ever saw of Cindy, and I was immediately struck by her totally bizarre and somewhat hostile behavior. Per deception, I'm interested in her claim that she's heard of Zanny the Nanny previously. It starts at 5:55. And at 8:50 where Cindy's asked if she asked Casey where Caylee was. 6 votesOn the first video, Cindy is completely exhausted. I think that is what you are witnessing. I don’t see anything in it unusual. I don’t think she is being deceptive about hearing about Zanny prior to all of this. No.
Video 2 about the pizza: I don’t think her answer is odd. She is not willing to jump to the conclusions now that she has calmed down. She found pizza and WANTS to believe the smell was the pizza. She is not lying. She is in denial.

Fascinating "black widow" case. The mom, Stacy, is accused of killing her two husbands with antifreeze. The mom says her daughter Ashley did it; Ashley says mom not only killed the men but also tried to kill and is framing the daughter for the murders. Massive deception and evil.
4 votesI think the jury got this case right. Stacy Castor shows all the indications of someone who has no compassion and caring for anyone. She is emotionless, cold and callous. Stacy’s mother is in denial, like Cindy Anthony, that her daughter could be such a monster, and sadly Stacy’s daughter, Ashley, is paying a huge price for all of this. I believed Ashley’s accounts to be true and honest.

I am trying to dig up some old videos to check your thoughts on Cindy Anthony (the prime person that publicly does not have favorable opinion due to her nature and behaviors in this ordeal).

In particular, her deflection when asked about the original 911 call and she says she is not worried about them b/c she made the call.

This was on air 2 weeks after Caley was reported…1 voteVideo 1: I think she is deflecting because she knew talking about the 911 call wouldn’t bring back Caylee, and that was her number one objective.
Video 2: How can someone make a grown daughter cooperate? When Cindy talks about weaving in and out of traffic, I don’t see any indication to not believe otherwise, but this is not a high stake lie, which is IMPORTANT. See high stake lies on my blog to read more.

Her mother's response to me is telling b/c she is believing the lies.
Is this a crime? No. But their actions and behavior certainly do not help at the local level.
Once public opinion turned to Casey's lies and glaring behavior--one had no choice but to wonder why George and Cindy refuse to see it from that side.
Noone wishes to be in their shoes. But they are not without error since that first 911 call both to authorities and to the public.
3 votesThis video is gut-wrenching. Cindy is falling apart in the beginning, and Casey is smiling while the phone gets handed from her dad to her distraught mom. Casey loves attention and wants everything to be about her. I believe she can see her mom, and the fact that her mom is crying and it doesn’t affect her, shows her callousness. When Cindy says her dad blew up at the media as she is crying, it makes Casey smile. It’s creepy. Casey thinks that it is great her dad defended her.
Everything has to be about Casey. She wants to be the center of the universe — at least the center of her parents universe.
When Cindy says we need something to go on, Casey gets mad and against turns it all around to be about her, again and again.

In the Susan Boyle video, at 4:48, Simon says, "Susan, I knew the minute you walked out on that stage that we were going to hear something extraordinary, ...". What do you think? I don't believe him, and I don't think anyone else did (e.g. he looks down while he's saying all this).
Is there anything at the beginning that indicates his true expectations?
1 voteI don’t think he was lying. I think he was using the word “extra-ordinary” to mean just that. Extraordinary can be good or bad. I suspect if you talked to Simon, he would tell you he knew she would be knock-your-socks-off good, or horrendous.

Missing child victoria stafford
An eight-year-old Canadian girl, Victoria Stafford, disappeared on her way home from school last week. Her case has generated much attention here, and both her parents have spoken out. Tori's mother remained silent for days, during which time police said they did not suspect family involvement. Now that she has started speaking out, police say they're not ruling it out. Personally, Tori's mom makes me uneasy and I'd love to have your take on this case:

11 votesGreg Page is clearly saying different things at different times. In this interview, he says he last saw Misty on Sunday, yet in another interview on ArtHarris.com, he says he last saw Misty on Saturday.
I don’t trust this guy because he talks out of both sides of his mouth, but I can’t give you any insight on whether or not he had anything to do with Haleigh’s disappearance. He is definitely sending me mixed messages. I’d need to see more.
