Jeffrey MacDonald
I'm reading Errol Morris' book about Jeffrey MacDonald and am curious what your opinion is about that case. I searched your site but couldn't find where you had discussed this before. Here is a link to an interview with him on American Justice in 2005.

Here's some Jeffrey MacDonald footage that appears higher stakes, and which I'm not sure you've reviewed before. It's from the documentary "False Witness".
I'm providing time markers below each clip (i.e. marking where MacDonald is talking). I've marked the "hottest" segments with asterisks.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h4uSMfuhC9E
2:26-4:37* Here he's providing an account while purportedly "hypnotized"http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uH1jpF-pylI

It's an old case. I don't look at old cases because the stakes disappear regardless of the truth. I'd need actual footage of him at the time talking about the situation, which there isn't any footage.

And you probably already know this, but he was found not guilty, then guilty, and now he is on trial again.
