Amber Langlois
This woman's husband, Eric Lanlois, has been missing, and her interview is so weird- emotionless, and like she is holding back. Even crazier, she is pregnant with her husband's child, and if my husband were missing and I were pregnant I would be all over the place worried, crazy, tears, hormonal- and nothing from her. Very flat. She also said something interesting, considering they haven't found her husband "they don't know how he ended up in the water." Here is a link to the story:
Apparently she dropped her husband off to get his bike when he had a very bad accident the day before and very likely had a head injury. All very bizarre.

I am sure the life insurance money she would get had a lot to do with her not being really emotional about the lose of the love of her life!

you would think she had more emotions since she was the last one to see him alive and she dropped him off at the lake, knowing he had suffered a head injury the day before. That would make any normal person with feelings have quilt.

Renee. Thank you for seeing my reaction for what it was. Someone just sent me this link, I was horrified. I know I have nothing to defend, but media preps you, tells you to hold your shit together and then they edit out all your fumbles and choking up - the interview was at least 15 min and you see less than 1 min that they cut and pasted. You are right, I was in complete "soldier mode" to find my husband, strong and positive for my kids and protecting myself from the inevitable. I will never, ever again judge anyone's management of grief - there's no normal. And you don't know how you'll act till you are in it - even if you think you do. I feel sad for the person that submitted my story to you. I can't imagine living life with so much doubt and negativity toward people you don't even know. Thanks again.
