Kim Nguyen
This woman was allegedly sexually assaulted by LAPD, which caused her to fall out of the moving police car and sustain serious injuries to her face and lose all her teeth. This news clip shows her describing the assault: http://losangeles.cbslocal.com/2014/01/09/woman-caught-on-camera-tumbling-out-of-police-car-says-she-was-being-sexually-assaulted/

I think it's important to keep in mind the extensive damage done to the side of her face... Her expressions will not necessarily be symmetrical. There are graphic photos of her laying on the pavement and the right side of her face horribly smashed and swollen.

I believe her. I think the cop thought he could touch her body without impunity and then let her go. Because she had been drinking, who would believe her? There is absolutely zero reason for the cop to be in the backseat with her if she were handcuffed and about to be processed. The doors were open because the cop wouldn't want to be locked in.
Eyes, I know you work with law enforcement, but I personally have had a female friend tell me about a similar experience that ended up with her being emotionally scarred though physically fine. She told me the cops who did it to her laughed and said they called it "catch and release".
Nguyen spoke more about it here

She is emotional at about 0:40 while discussing thinks her mother says to cheer her up and the rest of the video has excerpts of her statement on camera about the assault. -

Subtle expressions of duping delight. Saying that he only touched the "left" inner thigh, which doesn't really make any sense because seemingly he would have touched both if he was assaulting her in that way. Saying that she "assum[ed]" he was trying to open her legs, which if he was actually assaulting her would result in more than an assumption. Raised voice intonation at the end of sentences, indicating lack of confidence. Working to cover up a brief expression at the end (which seems to be more duping delight). I say she is lying.

I see two clues, but don't have a third one to say anything conclusive. Interesting! Let me know if she speaks out again.
