Tawana Brawley
I know this is an older case. But was recently in the news due to her wages being garnished due to the fact she was sued back at the time for defemation.
But it is Tawana Brawley. If you are not familiar with the case (the recent article was the first I had heard of it) , this black teenager claimed she was raped in 1987 by several white males to include a police officer. Rev Al Sharpton quickly rose to defend her using racism and claiming there was corruption. Which is safe to say, does happen.

Michael Boatwright - Man wakes up with no memory
Hello. This man was apparently found unconscious in a hotel room. He has been in the hospital ever since. He claims to have no memory whatsoever and speaks only in Swedish (He is an American born U.S. citizen, but did spend time in Sweden in the 80's.) This video is him speaking in Swedish. There are videos on youtube where it is translated. Just curious if you had any thoughts from watching him.

The murder of Kay Mortenson. I watched this on Dateline. His son Roger and daughter-in-law Pam were first accused and later arrested for his murder. After a few months they were cleared and released when they found the culprit.
Roger and Pam's story is just bizarre and I can understand why people thought they were guilty. I'm also troubled by both of them, they seem to not be all that bothered by the murder when they talk about it. Would love to hear your thoughts on this.

Pamela Wallin Interview
Former Conservative Sen. Pamela Wallin says Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s current chief of staff ordered her to quit the Conservative caucus last month because public controversy over her Senate expenses was becoming a “distraction.”
In an interview with CBC National anchor Peter Mansbridge Thursday, Wallin spoke extensively about the scandal that has enveloped her, admitting she made mistakes and is “very sorry.”

John Galliano's apology on Charlie Rose
John Galliano was videotaped expressing strong anti-semeitc statements. This is his first apology for the incident. It appears sincere to me. He states that he is sober for the first time and addresses where the anger came from.
Would love to hear your opinion! Especially since this is something most people will face in their lives - hearing an apology for something hurtful that was said. (As opposed to hearing a murder confession or denial.)
Do you believe his apology is sincere? Thanks!
