I think we know he was lying about that argument with Jesse Ventura because Ventura won his defamation suit against him. Kyle seems to be a preternaturally great liar. He's told that story about Ventura many times. I can't tell that he's lying. What am I missing?

Harper Lee's new book.
Do you think that Harper Lee's "new" book "Go Set a Watchman" is on the up and up. There is something about a few of the interviews that I have read that makes me think this is being done without Harper Lee's approval or even knowledge. The irony that it suddenly came to light after her sister died is just too suspicious. The publisher really does dance around the questions that just doesn't sit right. Here's the last article I read that just makes me uncomfortable.

Deception?
I can’t explain what it is but Meghan Markle just doesn’t seem genuine to me. She doesn’t seem to have the blissful look of head over heels in love, though Prince Harry certainly does. Maybe she’s too aware of cameras being on her all the time? Or maybe I’m imagining things. Does anyone else question her sincerity?

3 votesYes, I have seen this, but this is AFTER her conviction. Please read about “high stake lies” on my blog. I prefer to read people before or during their trial and not afterward. After a trial, if a person is dishonest, the clues are much less likely to appear because the high stakes are gone. The stress which pinnacles the clues is over.

The David Bain case
This is the most high profile case in New Zealand history, where a family of five was murdered, and the sole survivor was convicted 15 years ago. However this year, 2009, there had been a retrial, and the new trial declared David Bain not guilty. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Bain)

Technically, he has been convicted of murder but he was given a mere 3 years probation. So this technically violates your #1 but it's important to the situation. Google his name and you will catch the media storm in protest of his sentencing.
