Wayne Greavette
Hi there EFL,
I was just watching a very compelling cold case story that occurred in Canada and thought of you during two peculiar interviews. The case is very odd: a family man was murdered by a mail bomb in front of his family around Christmastime. The bomb came with a personal letter (which they have) and was disguised in a flashlight.
In the course of this short video, the family visits the father's old business partner. He makes many odd comments—including incriminating his own son! They interview the son also and he also makes very odd comments. I think there's something more going on.
Anyway, the family is lovely and this story quite heart-breaking. I know it is a bit of an older case but I thought I would share just in case it might be of interest. The director has apparently won quite a few awards and it's not very long (just over 20 minutes in total). I'm not sure if you'd have time to cover it for your site, but it is a good piece either way and such an unusual story. I feel terribly for the family because they just haven't made any real headway with suspects and I feel like it is solvable.
Here is a link to the story:

The interviews with the father and son begin in Part 1. There's a brief intro about the partner at 14 minutes 10 seconds, and the interviews follow within 10-20 seconds.
Congratulations on such a great site; I truly appreciate all your hard work.
All the best,
Tyler

I'm sorry I don't take on cold cases unless there is a special interest. I appreciate the suggestion.
