The Case of Colonel Philip Shue
While watching 48 Mysteries: The Curious Case of Colonel Philip Shue I became a little skeptical of his wife Tracy Shue. Her mannerisms, facial expressions, and demeanor seem odd of a wife whose husband died so tragically. The interesting thing about this case besides how he died is the handling of the case. The military believed it was suicide, and his wife believed it was murder by his ex wife who held a life insurance policy. I have included a link to the video. I noticed that you can get a good read on her at time 12:00, but it looks like she smirks on 12:13 when she says "What else could it be." Again around 13:20 mark she answers the interviewers question and it looks like contempt on her face. At point 16.15 ish the interviewer is asking Tracy who she thinks did it, she seems eager to go out of her way to point to his ex wife. By eager I mean she enthusiastically nods and the way she goes out of her way to emphasize her enthusiasm with a nod. Around 17:50 she uses the word plotting which to me doesn't mean much; however, this is in reference to a letter I am pretty sure she has memorized. And now suddenly after she said plotting, she looks up and goes I believe. I feel she would have known what the letter stated since it was only one of two. At point 24:00 in reference to the letter she almost looks pleased that he is questioning her about the letter being "out of a movie." Then point 26:12 when asked about her husband suffering from a psychiatric problems, she corrected his wording saying he suffered from a psychiatric injury. It is as if she does not like admitting he was depressed. Almost like she has to think about her word choice and there is a look of disgust almost on her face. She attributes this injury to his life being threatened by these two letters. There are more points, but those are just some I noticed. This case is ongoing with no conclusion or suspects even after been declared a murder by a judge. What I have seen with the evidence if it was a suicide it was assisted, but it does point to murder. Tracy Shue just seems very stoic and emotionless for a woman who is recounting her husbands murder. Maybe I am just reading it all wrong, but I found it a very interesting case.

It’s been years since his desth, she clearly had time to process the loss. I admire her tenacity and determination to find out the truth about the circumstances surrounding the untimely death of her husband.

Tracey is lucky she is in San Antonio, a dumb sleepy city. She throws the moose ahead of the dog. Philip was a womanizer and the marriage was just a show. Tracy was a highly skilled nurse and she had the motive and means to do it.
The other people in Florida, they seem shocked and scared of Tracy..
Tracy got her millions. -

You can go to LORDANARTS on youtube and see an episode on his VLOG about this case JUST TODAY. AND VISIT on FB LordanArts' BrainScratchers. (We) The fb page I run for John, were mentioned by Military Justice for All and Tracy Shue has mentioned John today and joint our page.
If you REALLY DIG IN, you may start seeing HUGE reasons shes (imo) NOT involved. Websleuths, Reddit and John's VLOG today covering this REALLY drives that home. involved -

I notice contempt in her eyes and face. There is hate in this woman.

I agree that it's sad and unjust you are accusing a woman so obviously (to everyone else) devastated by the loss of her husband, who, by ALL accounts shared a wonderful marriage with her. This is why reading facial expressions does not work. Some people do not get emotional in public. Some have told the story so many times, they stopped getting emotional telling it. There are a million things they can be contingent on, and are therefore, by themselves, irrelevant.

If Tracey were guilty of a crime, I highly doubt she would spend all of her time fighting to get justice for her husband when she in fact has already received the full life insurance payout for her Husband's death. She had no motive and has nothing to gain by falsely pursuing this as a murder case. I don't blame her for smirking. I thought it was obvious that smirk was for the incompetence of the officials who bungled the case.

Maybe she thought a ruling of suicide voided the insurance policies as this is not an uncommon practice. Furthermore, who on earth would suspect someone who has so publicly devoted her life to getting to the truth?

Seriously, if she had anything to do with his death...she'd be a moron to make such a fuss...because she would never be implicated due to the suicide ruling.

If she was even slighty guilty then why would she kick up such a stink about the suicide verdict? Use your common sense rather than playing judge & jury all because of her facial expressions! They didn't bother me at all....I think it's sad you're reading things that aren't there into this.
