Judge Judy case

Is this woman's daughter a victim of human trafficking, or is she mentally ill?
This was a case on Judge Judy. Sandra Eckler sued Erik Jensen, a lawyer, because she didn't think that she got her money's worth. This is what the case is about: Sandra's daughter was apparently missing for a few years, and she hired a private investigator to find her. He found her daughter, and Sandra went to where her daughter was supposedly held, but she was turned away. She filed multiple complaints to the police, and they eventually got fed up with her, so they charged her with making false statements. This is when she contacted the defendant to represent her.
She is suing because she paid them $3,500 for a few hours of work. The charges were dropped because the officer didn't show up to court.
Strangely, Sandra's daughter did make a statement to the police, but I don't understand why the police didn't set this woman's mind at ease by allowing her to see her daughter, and instead decided to charge her with a criminal complaint.

Erick Jensen lost his case on Judge Judy. The judge stated that Mr. Jensen should have returned the clients money - and hit him with $2500 to be returned to the plaintiff. Mr. Jensen did the wrong thing - and this should not have happened to the plaintiff...who was only trying to help her daughter. Shame shame on Erick Jensen.

Maybe this clip is watchable. The audio is better, but the screen is small.

I think the daughter cut her mother off, probably for good reason, and the mother made up stories to the cops trying to get them to intervene.
