Dateline April 10, Behind Closed Doors, Segment 3, time marker 5:28-5:31, http://www.nbcnews.com/id/3032600/#51499832
The wife of a murdered man is responding to the interviewer who is trying to give her credit for at least saving herself and her son. She responds by saying "But I couldn't save him - I couldn't save him"
She is suppressing a smile while saying it. It is quite obvious. I'd love to get your thoughts on it and whether you see other indicators during the show.

This is not a suppressed smile. It's a full blown smile. I don't have an explanation for you...
