Hi there, I find your site completely fascinating. I live in New Zealand and recently an old case has come back out into the public eye - I don't suppose you would be familiar with it, however it's the Mark Lundy case... I'd be very interested to hear what you thought of him, he's certainly an interesting character. Of notable 'fame' was his behaviour at their funeral. I know he's already convicted but I can't find anything on your site on the story at all, even the old stories, there is so much activity to get a retrial for him and so much work and money being raised.
My daughter and I feel he's innocent but one spot of me has gotten very skeptical. Please tell us if it's true.

Hi, I just read your 1-year or less requirement. I still thought that I would submit it.
I have always had my doubts about her story in the 1998 stalker incident. There are only a few video clips out there of her speaking about the situation, but I'll link them.

Technically, he has been convicted of murder but he was given a mere 3 years probation. So this technically violates your #1 but it's important to the situation. Google his name and you will catch the media storm in protest of his sentencing.

The David Bain case
This is the most high profile case in New Zealand history, where a family of five was murdered, and the sole survivor was convicted 15 years ago. However this year, 2009, there had been a retrial, and the new trial declared David Bain not guilty. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Bain)

This is a strange, strange man speaking on why he lied and told people he was a veteran. I find his stiffness and lack of expression of emotions disconcerting.
He states that he is mentally ill. Does this make it harder to identify whether he is lying?
At 2:56, he responds that he did not benefit personally ($$) from his lie or the organization he started based on that lie. Your thoughts?
