I know he's already convicted but I can't find anything on your site on the story at all, even the old stories, there is so much activity to get a retrial for him and so much work and money being raised.
My daughter and I feel he's innocent but one spot of me has gotten very skeptical. Please tell us if it's true.

The Putnam County Sheriff's Office has changed the investigation for HaLeigh Cummings from a missing child case to a homicide as of April 15. No evidence or comments have been released to explain why the investigators decided to declare that HaLeigh is dead. I'm NOT asking him to be reviewed politically whatsoever. I'm merely trying to get a second opinion on his (rather extensive. Detailed to say the least) interview with Keith Olbermann.
The basic gist is that he's in a bit of hot water because there is suspicion that he was placed in the democratic party nomination by republicans. All I want to see, is if you think he's being honest in his interview or not, when questioned about facts and details.

Sylar Newton, son of Charity Newton, disappeared from a campground while in the custody of Christine Prieme. They presume him to be dead. This clip shows the two women putting out flyers and gives a brief interview. This case is from Judge Judy. David Somsak's parents, William and Linda Somsak, are suing David for money they lent him for legal fees to get custody of his daughter from his first wife. His second wife (with whom he also had a child), who he was married to at the time, later died. David moved, and his parents temporarily took custody of his daughters. The older daughter informed his parents of abuse that took place in David's household; she also implicated her father in his wife's death in a school assignment. The parents are now suing for custody.

He is a person of interest in the Jacob Wetterling case. Jacob vanished in 1989 and DR's property was just searched this summer. Nothing was found but LE says he's still a POI.I thought it was interesting he shakes his head no when he says they want the case solved and then there is something about his smile when he says he understands why people think he did it.
